多普勒超声对正常人二尖瓣口及肺静脉血流频谱的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 利用多普勒超声观察正常人二尖瓣口及肺静脉血流频谱的变化 ,旨在探讨其影响因素及其间的相互关系。方法  10 8例正常的健康人 ,平均年龄 43. 1± 15 . 7岁。脉冲多普勒记录二尖瓣口血流频谱(MIF)及肺静脉血流频谱 (PVF)参数。结果  (1)MIF参数 :A、Ai、AF随年龄增长而升高 ,E、Ei、E/A随年龄增长而降低 ;PVF参数 :S、Si、S/D及SF随年龄增长而升高 ,D、Di随年龄的增长而降低。 (2 )在一定心率范围内 ,随着心率加快 ,MIF参数EI与PVF参数DI降低 ,SF增高。 (3)MIF参数E、Ei、E/A、AF、A与PVF参数D、Di、S/D、SF、AR均有较好的相关性。结论 正常人MIF和PVF的多普勒超声表现会受年龄、心率等些因素的影响 。 Objective To evaluate factors that have effect on the mitral inflow(MIF)and pulmonary venous flow(PVF) velocities in normal subjects and to study the inter-relationship betwwen MIF and PVF by transthoracic Doppler echocardiography.Methods MIF and PVF variables were recorded by pulsed Doppler ultrasound in 108 noumal Chinese people.Results (1)MIF variables of A, Ai,AF were increased and E,Ei, E/A were decreased with age;PVF variables of S,Si,S/D,SF were increased and D,Di were decreased with age;(2)MIF variable of Ei and PVF variable of Di were decreased with heart rate;PVF variable of SF increased with heart rate;(3)MIF variables of E,Ei,E/A,AF and A all related well with PVF variables of D,Di,S/D,S/F,SF and AR.Conclusion Doppler-derived MIF and PVF velocity variables of normal subjects are affected by their age and heart rate. Intrinsic relationship exists between MIF and PVF.
