新型弹性开放襻前房型人工晶状体临床应用

Clinical observation on new flexible open-loop anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.

目的 探讨新型弹性开放襻前房型人工晶状体植入的效果。方法 67例 70眼行新型弹性开放襻前房型人工晶状体植入。其中一期植入 2 5眼 ,二期植入 45眼。随访时间 1～ 60月。结果 视力在 1 0以上者 9眼占 13% ,0 5～ 0 .9者 2 8眼占 40 % ,0 1～ 0 .4者 31眼占 44 % ,0 1以下者 2眼占 3%。术后主要并发症有虹膜睫状体炎及高眼压。结论 新型弹性开放襻前房型人工晶状体植入是安全而有效的。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of new flexible open loop anterior chamber intraocular lens in implantation.Methods Seventy AC IOL implanted eyes(67 cases) including 25 eyes with primary implantation and 45 eyes with secondary implantation were followed up 1 month to 60 months.Results Of the 70 eyes,9(13%) had a final visual acuity of 1.0 or better,28(40%) between 0.5～0.9 and 31(44%) between 0.1～0.4 and 2(3%) 0.1 or below.Postroperative main complications were iridocyclitis and high intraocular pressure.Conclusion New flexible open loop AC IOL is safe and effective for IOL implantation.
