角膜化学烧伤等眼病羊膜移植的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨羊膜移植治疗角膜化学烧伤等眼病的效果及手术方法。方法 对 5 6例 ( 62眼 )化学烧伤等角结膜疾病患者施行羊膜移植术。并进行最长 18月的随访观察。结果  62眼中 60眼表面重建成功 ,7~ 30天角膜上皮愈合 ,炎症得到控制 ,睑球粘连得以改善或解除。观察 6~ 18月仍保持稳定。视力均有不同程度的提高 ,最佳裸眼视力 0 1~ 0 8者 36眼 ,手动~0 0 6者 2 4眼。 2 4眼角膜透明 ,11眼角膜半透明 ,10眼形成了足够的穹窿部 ,且恢复了眼球外形及运动功能。随访未见睑球粘连。 1例 ( 1眼 )植片融解。 1例术后炎症复发。结论 羊膜移植术可有效地控制角膜化学烧伤等严重眼病的炎症反应 ,使眼表得到重建。 Objective To investigate the method and the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT)to reconstruct the ocular surface and treatment of chemical burn of corneal and other disorders.Methods 56 patients (62 eyes) who had chemicoal burn and other corneal disorders were treated with AMT,and followed up for 6~18 months.Results In 56 patients (62 eyes),60 eyes were reconstruct the ocular surface,the cornea epithelium was recovered in 7~30 days,the ocular inflammation was controlled,and the symblepharon improved.Visual acuity was improved in various degrees.The best uncorrected visual acuity was 0.1~0.8 in 36 eyes,figure movement ~0.06 in 24 eyes.The corneal transparency in 24 eyes,unclear in 11eyes.Ocular surface reconstruction was successful in 10 eyes,had enough fornix,recovered the surface of eye ball.No symblepharon was occurred in followed-up period.Perfect fixation of amniotic membrane graft was unstate in 1 eye,the amniotic membrane was acute rejected.There was 1 case with recurrent of corned inflammation.Amniotic membrane can be control inflammation of Chemical burn,et al of corneal disorders.To recons truct ocular surface.Conclusion The transplantation of amniotic membrane is a valuable method for the treatment of corneal disorders.
