角膜缘隧道切口超声乳化吸出术的临床观察

Clinical observation of phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation through a limbus tunnel incision.

目的 评价角膜缘隧道切口白内障超声乳化摘出及人工晶状体植入术的效果。方法 对 12 0例白内障行角膜缘切口超声乳化吸出并植入PMMA人工晶状体。结果 术后 1天视力≥ 0 5者占 75 6% ,其中≥ 1 0占 36 5 % ;术后 1周视力≥ 0 5者占 82 3% ,其中≥ 1 0占 5 2 4% ;术后 1月视力≥ 0 5者占84 5 % ,其中≥ 1 0占 5 8 2 % ;术后 3月视力≥ 0 5者占 88 2 % ,其中≥ 1 0占 65 3%。术后平均散光值与术前相比差异无显著性意义。结论 角膜缘隧道切口白内障超声乳化摘出及人工晶状体植入术具有术后视力恢复快 ,角膜散光少、操作简便、并发症少等特点 ,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effects of phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation through a limbus tunnel incision.Methods 120 eyes with cataract were operated on phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation through limbus tunnel incision.Results Postoperation,the visual acuities 0.5 or better in 75.6%,82.3%,84.5% and 88.2% at one day,one week,one month and three months,and 1.0 or better in 36.5%,52.4%,58.2% and65.2% at one day,one week,one month and three months.The postoperative astigmatism had no significant from preoperative.Conclusion The phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation through limbus tunnel incision can raduce postoperative astigmatism and shorten the period of visual rehabilitation.
