Surgical Treatment and Prognosis of Breast Carcinoma in Situ

目的：探讨乳腺原位癌的手术方式和预后。方法：对20年间获得随访的97例103个乳腺原位癌进行回顾性分析。结果：乳腺原位癌5年生存率 99．0％，10年生存率89．8％，15年生存率83．3％，20年生存率 80．0％；导管内癌10年生存率偏低（P＜0．05）；各种术式对预后的影响不明显（P＞0．05）。结论：原位癌的预后可能与乳腺癌的多原发灶有关，而与手术方式关系不明显；乳腺单纯切除术是乳腺原位癌的首选术式。

Objective： To study the curative effect of operation and the prognosis of breast carcinoma in situ． Methods： In the period of 20 years follow up， 97 cases of breast cancer in situ were studied retrospectively． Results： The 5－， 10－， 15－ and 20－year survival rates of this series were 99．0％， 89．8％， 83．3％ and 80．0％ respectively． The 10－year survival rate in intraductal carcinoma was lower than others． The modality of operation showed no difference in the prognosis of these patients （P＞0．05）． Conclusion： The prognosis of breast cancer in situ may be associated with the multifocal lesions but not related with the modality of operation． Simple mastectomy is the first choice for breast cancer in situ．
