摘要
本文在Na 2 ,K 2 ,Mg ∥Cl=2 ,SO=4-H2 O体系相图分析计算及实验的基础上 ,对以钠镁矾类矿 ,氯化钾为原料 ,钾芒硝为中间复盐制取硫酸钾的新工艺进行了研究探索 ,推导出生产模型 ,计算出了原料配比及各步物料量 ,讨论了不同组成的原料对工艺的影响 ,并通过实验验证了计算结果 ,确定了工艺条件。
A new method of manufacture of K 2SO 4 from Astraknite and KCl by mid-salt Glaserite has been studied. Investigation involves the andlysis and calculation of phase diagram of Na 2,K 2,Mg ∥Cl = 2,SO = 4-H 2O and technological experiments. The technological conditions and the relationship of materials are obtained.
