摘要
运用神经元网络方法与数学模拟方法结合起来形成的“互补法”对 PET超高速纺丝细颈点进行摸拟,不仅得到了细颈点的位置,而且得到了在细颈点温度升高和快速结晶等重要信息。并对以往常用的高速纺丝基本方程中的参数进行修改,从而使模拟结果更接近超高速纺丝真实状况。
Necking point in PET super-high speed spinning was simulated with artificial neural networks and mathematical simuktion convoluted method, or cross over method. Important information such as spinning temperature rise and rapid crystallization at necking point was obtained as well as the position of necking point. Computed results approached real high speed spinning by correcting parameters in previous governing equations of super-high speed spinning.
