摘要
以程控交换机过流保护用高性能PTCR陶瓷元件为研究对象,得到了应用箱式炉提高PTCR元件产品产量和合格率的烧结方式。通过改变坯片在烧结炉中的位置和摆片方式,得到一种有效的烧结模式,以保证PTCR材料的性能参数,提高产量和合格率。
The FTCR disks used for overcurrent protection components in programe-controlled exchanger was studied.The mode of sintering to improve the output and percentage of passing of PTCR disks was got by using the box-type furnace. Through changing the position and pattern of disks in the sintering furnace, a effective sintering mode was obtained, guaranteeing the property parameters and improving the output and percentage of passing of the finished products.
