摘要
采用复合纺丝方法试制了磁粉含量分别为 60 % ,70 % ,80 %的磁性纤维 ,测试了纤维的力学性能、热机械性能、拉伸性能及形态结构。结果发现 :随着纤维芯层材料中磁粉含量的升高 ,纤维力学性能降低 ,含磁粉 80 %的纤维强力仅约 17c N ,最高拉伸倍数为 5倍 ;随着拉伸倍数的提高 ,纤维的强力增加 ,断裂伸长降低 ,最高拉伸倍数降低 ,纤维截面形态结构有一些结构缺陷。
The magnetic fibers that contained the magnetic particle of 60%, 70% and 80% respectively were obtained by composite spinning process. Their mechanical, thermomechanical and tensile properties and morphologies were studied.With the increase of magnetic particles in the core material, the mechanical property was decreased. The fiber containing the magnetic particles of 80% exhibited 17 cN strength. The maximum draw ratio was 5. The higher the draw ratio, the higher fiber strength, the lower elongation at break, and the lower the maximum draw ratio; whereas there were some structural defects in cross\|section.
