摘要
涤纶短纤维干式拉伸工艺拉伸点的移动主要因拉伸倍数、拉伸速度、温度、预张力等因素而引起。控制拉伸点移动的措施主要是保证原丝单丝间线密度和预取向度均匀、断面不匀率小 ,减少水浴槽温度波动 ,压辊压力控制在 2 9.4k Pa,调整好拉伸倍数。
For PET staple dry drawing process, point\|of\|stretch shift was primarily caused by the factors of draw ratio, drawing speed, temperature and pretension. The control of point\|of\|stretch was undertaken by ensuring lower linear density, preorientation degree and break evenness of grey yarn, mitigating the water bath temperature wave, employing roller pressure of 29.4 kPa and appropriate draw ratio.
