摘要
本文介绍了中国空气动力研究与发展中心低速所4米×3米低速风洞模型姿态角控制系统的设计思想、构成、控制方式、工作过程,运行功能及特点,以及达到的主要技术指标等。该系统采用以主控微计算机系统和前位机系统为核心的多闭环直流伺服控制的方式,是一个完整独立的控制系统,同时,它又接受上位机的指挥,作为风洞分布式测控处系统的子系统而工作。它在控制方式、分布式系统子系统组成、机械天平和上转盘、下转盘高度准确地同步运行以及功能完善等方面作了全新的尝试。
This paper introduces wind tunnel model attitude anglecontrol system of 4m×3m Low-Speed Wind Tunnel in CARDC Low-SpeedInsititute,It mainly describes the design idea,how the system wasselected and constructed,the selection of control methods,its principles,functions of hardware and software,performances and features whenrunning,the technical level it reached,etc.It is a multiple close-loop DC servo and control system which useshost control microcomputer system and front-end processor system.In themean time,as a subsystem of distributed meassure-and-control systemof wind tunnel,it subordinates to up-computer.It is a novel tryout incontrol method,organization of subsystem of distributed system,synchronous running of mechanism balance,up-turntable,down-turntablewith high precision and accuracy,performance improvement,etc.TheBirth of the system provided a new way for low-speed wind tunnel mod-el attitude angle control system.
