摘要
研究了合成氨装置中含缓蚀剂砜—胺脱碳溶液中微量金属元素铁的火焰原子吸收分光光度法的测定,用钙做抑制剂克服硅、钾、钠和钒的干扰,盐酸酸化加热处理试样,消除不同价态铁的影响,方法简便、省时,具有良好的精密度和准确度,回收率为92%~104%,平均相对标准偏差小于5%。
it researches flame atomic absorption spectrometry measurement of microelement of iron contained in sulfone-amine decar-bonizing solution corrosion inhibitor of synthetic ammonia plant,overcoming influence of silicon,potassium,sodium and vanadium by us-ing calcium as depressant,and treating sample by hydrochloric acid acidification heating,to illuminate influence of different iron valence,the method is handy,time-saving and has quite good precision and accuracy,with recycle rate of92%~104%,and average relative stan-dard deviation of less than5%.
