摘要
针对浅井低温防气窜特点与难点,在防气窜基本条件指导下,改进水泥桨体系,提高水泥浆在浅井条件下防气窜性能(低失水、低温早强、提高沉降稳定性、增大水泥浆对气体阻力、加强水泥环界面粘接),能有效地达到防气窜目的。文章选用四川石油管理局川西北矿区常用外加剂与防气审剂配方,并考虑经济合理性,研制出浅井防气窜水泥浆体系,现场应用取得了明显的效果。
The target of gas channeling prevention can be effectively achieved through improving slurry system to raise slurry's shallow-well gas channeling prevention properties,such as low water-loss, early strength at low temperature, high settling stability, increasing resistance of slurry to gas and strengthening interface bonding of cement sheath,in light of the characters and difficulties of shallow-well low-temperature gas channeling prevention and of a basic demand for gas channeling prevention. In consideration of economic returns,a shallow-well gas channeling prevention slurry system was developed by use of the additives and the formula of gas channeling prevention agent commonly used in the Northwest Sichuan Field District of SPA. It is proved that an excellent result has been achieved by applying this slurry system on the spot.
