摘要
用小型固定床吸附试验装置测定了不同温度和甲醇含量下碳四烃中甲醇在NJ-1A分子筛吸附剂上的透过曲线。建立了利用试验数据对吸附平衡常数进行估值的数学模型 ,并通过数值方法对吸附平衡常数和流体传质系数进行了估值。研究结果显示 ,温度 30~ 6 0℃、甲醇质量分数 0~ 5 %内 ,甲醇在NJ -1A分子筛吸附剂上的吸附等温线可用Langmuir方程近似 。
Experiments on methanol adsorbed on NJ-1A zeolite in liquid phase C 4 were carried out,using a mini-type fixed-bed dynamic equipment.Break through curves were measured at methanol concentration between 0~5 weight percent and at the temperature range of 30~60 ℃.A favorable adsorption model was established and equations could be solved by Laplace transform and Runge-Kutta algorithm.The parameters of Langmuir equation and the general mass transfer coefficient were optimized by numerical method.Calculated results showed good consistency with experimental data.
