摘要
在T70 1石油磺酸钡防锈添加剂生产中 ,以滴定法代替渗透法测定磺酸盐的含量 ,用于生产控制 ,快速、稳定、可靠。对含磺酸盐质量分数 45 %的醇洗残液钡化 ,使磺酸钡对原料的收率由 18%提高到 2 0 %以上。钡化时 ,钡盐的加入质量分数最佳为 9%
The production process of T701 additives is presented in this paper.The problems found in the determination of sulfonic acid content and in the alcohol -washing process are studied and analysed.Substituting the titration method for the conventional infiltration method in the determination of sulfonate resulted in enhancing the accuracy of analysis.Moreover,the recovery and utilization of the alcohol-washing liquid reduced the wastage of the unit and increased the yield of the product from 18% to 20%.
