糖尿病大鼠视觉系统三级神经元的病理学研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的 观察持续的高血糖状态对视路的影响并探讨其发生的机理。方法 以链脲佐菌素造成糖尿病动物模型 ,采用微机图像分析技术对视路三级神经元的 Nissl小体和 bcl- 2表达强度进行测定 ,并用透射电镜观察视路神经细胞超微结构的形态学变化。结果 与正常同龄大鼠相比 ,糖尿病大鼠的视路神经细胞出现细胞凋亡的特征性形态学改变 ,Nissl小体明显减少以及 bcl- 2表达强度降低。结论 持续的高血糖状态可导致视路神经细胞发生不可逆的损害 ,细胞凋亡抑制作用的降低以及组织的缺血缺氧可能是发生这种损害的一个重要原因。 Objective To study the influence of the lasting high blood sugar level on visual pathway degree Ⅲ neuron and its pathogenesis.Methods The rat model of diabetes was introduced by streptozotocin.The Nissl bodies and bcl 2 expression in the visual pathway degree Ⅲ neuron were measured by using computer image analysis system.The nervous cells in visula pathway were investigated by electron microscope.Results In comparison with those of normal rats,the cell apoptosis was showed in nervous cells of diabetic rat's visual pathway.The Nissl bodies in the visual pathway degree Ⅲ neuron of diabetic rats have obviously lost and the expressive intensity of bcl 2 was lower.Conclusion The lasting high blood sugar could cause these pathological damages of the visual pathway in diabetic rats.It was an important cause for these pathological damages of the visual pathway that the capability of inhibiting cell apoptosis was reduced and the blood and oxygen in the tissues was lack.
