针刺不同穴位对高尿道压型FUS尿道压改善的临床研究

目的 :本文通过选取三组不同穴位治疗高尿道压型女性尿道综合征 ,对其疗效进行比较 ,探讨作用机理 ,以进一步提高针刺的治疗效果。方法 :选用能客观反映膀胱尿道功能的尿动力学指标作为病例的选择依据及临床疗效的评价指标 ,通过方差分析、q检验比较各组穴位的疗效。结果 :选用会阳、中膂俞组合 ,在改善临床症状以及降低尿道闭合压方面 ,效果均优于其他两组穴位。结论 :三组穴位均可不同程度的调节膀胱尿道功能 ,其中会阳、中膂俞组合对膀胱尿道的调节作用最突出。

Objective:Use different points to treat femal urethral syndrome.And analyse the clinical effect.Then draw up the best treatment program.Methods Work out clinical experiment according to stastical principle.Choose urodynamics index as the standard of selecting cases and evaluating curative effect,which can objectively reflect vesicourethral function.Result:The goup of Huiyang and Zhonglvyu has the best curative effect of descending the hypertonic pressure of urethra.Conchlusion All the three forms of points can regulat the vesicourethral function.The goup of Huiyang and Zhonglvyu has the best curative effect on descending the hypertonic pressure of urethra
