摘要
目的:研究综合干预对智力低下儿童的智能发育的影响,探讨对智力低下儿童的行之有效的临床冶疗方法.方法:将61例智力低下儿童分为轻度智力低下组,中度智力低下纽和重度智力低下纽,给予药物、食物、智力运动机能训练的综合干预,干预前后进行自身对照,采取韦氏智力测验、婴儿~初中生社会生活能力量表、bayley婴幼儿智发育量表进行检测.结果:重度智力低下纽(智商值IQ为0~25)干预后IQ均值比干预前提高7.2分(P<0.01);中度智力低下组(智商值IQ为25~50)干预后IQ均值比干预前提高8.7分,(P<0.01);轻度智力低下组(智商值IQ为25~70)干预IQ均值比干预前提高10.3分,(P<0.0I).结论:综合干预有助于智力低下儿童的智力水平的提高.
Objective: To study the effects of complex intervention on intellectual development of the low intellectual children. Methods: The low intellectual children (61 cases) were assigned to mild low intellectual group, middle low intellectual group and severe low intellectual group and 61 cases were assigned to control group themselves after intervention. All cases had received intervention of drug, food and intellectual and physical training. Mental development index was measured by Bayley Infant Development Measurement form and WISC-R Intellectual Measurement form. Results: Average scores of IQ in severe group, middle group and mild group after intervention was 7.2, 8.7 and 10.3 higher than those were in the same groups before intervention (P<0.01). Conclusion: The results showed that the complex intervention could promote intellectual levels of the low intellectual children.
