Study and Discussion of the Application for Microneurosurgical Technique

目的:探讨显微神经外科的基本操作技术和处理原则。方法:报道148例显微手术的初步经验和体会。结果:显微手术的尝试和开展, 手术质量较令人满意。结论:应用显微手术前必须正确调整目镜间距、焦距和放大倍数,术中应随时调换视角和焦距,正确使用双极电凝镊和吸引管等器械,耐心、细致地操作。显微手术切除中枢神经肿瘤的原则就是囊内切除,但应根据具体情况灵活掌握。平时还要重视显微解剖研究和体验。

Objective: To study the essential operative technique and doctrine of microneurosurgery. Methods: The initial experiences and comprehension of microneurosurgery based on 148 cases were reported. Results: Because microsurgery was tried and carried out and the satisfactory quality of operation was obtained. Conclusion: The distance between ocular lens, focal length and amplifying power must be adjusted properly before microsurgery. The visual angle and focal length should be changed any time during operation. The instruments such as bipolar coagulation forceps and suction catheter should be used precisely. Microneurosurgery should be performed carefully with great patience. The doctrine of resecting the tumor of central nervous system by microsurgery should be resection within the capsule of tumor. But this doctrine must be operated agilely according to specific conditions. Study and experience personally of related micro-dissection should be undertaken in normal time.
