摘要
目的通过对烧冻复合伤实验家兔血液流变学指标的动态观察 ,探讨其变化规律及发生机制 ,为临床早期治疗微循环障碍 ,促进机体复苏 ,减少多脏器损伤提供实验依据。方法在高寒地区野外制作烧冻复合伤实验家兔动物模型 ,分别于烧冻后4h、8h、16h、24h、3d、5d、7d、14d动态观察全血比粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞比积、红细胞沉降率、红细胞变形指数及红细胞聚集指数各指标的变化。结果烧冻伤组各血液流变学指标的变化较单烧组及单冻组明显异常 ,表现为各指标的变化峰值出现更早 ,持续时间更长 ,较难恢复。结论烧冻复合伤为多因素致伤 ,并有互相加重作用 ,具有复合伤的典型特点。血液流变学指标的变化与烧伤类同 。
Objective To observe the changes of hemorrheology of combined burn and frostbite injury in rabbits and to find the mechanism,so as to supply experimental basis for clinical therapy of microcirculation disorder, promote resuscitation of body and decrease multiple organ injury. Methods To make experimental rabbit model of combined burn and frostbite injury in cold area ,then to analyze the hemorrhological indices of the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, the index of erythrocytic deformation, the index of erythrocytic aggregation, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate at 4h,8h,16h,24h,and 3d,5d,7d,14d respectively after injury.Results The changes of hemorrheology of combined burn and frostbite injury group were obviously abnormal compared with that of simple burn group or simple frostbite group, showed that the peak of all indexes appeared earlier and lasted longer, even more difficult to recover. Conclusions The changes of hemorrheology of combined burn and frostbite injury were similar to simple burn injury, but its degree of abnormality was obviously severe.
