摘要
目的探索斯氏狸殖吸虫幼虫排泄分泌抗原 (ES-Ag)的诊断价值。方法采用 SDS-PAGE和 EITB分析斯氏狸殖吸虫幼虫 ES-Ag,以幼虫 ES-Ag Dot-ELISA检测人血清抗体。结果幼虫 ES-Ag在 2 0 k D~ 60 k D间可显示 4条蛋白区带 ,主带 2 4 k D抗原蛋白对人体斯氏狸殖吸虫感染具有诊断价值。幼虫 ES-Ag Dot-ELISA检测 2 8例肺吸虫病人血清抗体均为阳性 ,最低阳性反应滴度为 1∶ 3 2 0 ,滴度倒数几何均数为 1 1 60。6份日本血吸虫病人血清、4份华支睾吸虫病人血清、2 0份健康人血清皆呈阴性反应。结论斯氏狸殖吸虫幼虫 ES-AgDot-ELISA为诊断肺吸虫病敏感。
Objective To explore the components and diagnosing effect of excretory secretory antigens (ES Ag) of pre adult stage of Paragonimus skrjabini . Methods SDS PAGE, EITB for analysing the components and Dot ELISA for detecting the antibodies. Results 4 bands were revealed in 20kD~60kD of the ES Ag while the 24kD protein was the principal and specific component. 28 sera from paragonimiasis cases detected by Dot ELISA were all positive with minimum titer of 1∶320 and GMRT of 1 160. All the 6 sera from schistosomiasis cases, 4 sera from clonorchiasis cases and 20 sera from healthy individuals detected by Dot ELISA were negative. Conclusions ES Ag Dot ELISA is useful in diagnosis of paragonimiasis.
