摘要
对北方地区广泛栽培的 5种禾本科牧草种子的萌发特性及吸水特性的研究表明 ,鹅观草、老芒麦、无芒雀麦、披碱草、扁穗冰草种子在适宜的环境条件下萌发良好 ,其中扁穗冰草种子吸水能力最强 ,无芒雀麦次之 ,披碱草与老芒麦相当 ,鹅观草最弱。吸水—回干处理种子的结果表明 ,经一定时间回干后种子萌发率下降 ,下降幅度为 9%~ 2 9% ,回干 3 0d后种子萌发速度也有所下降 。
Seed germination of five commonly used grasses in north region of China, Roegneria kamoji., Elymus sibiricus, Bromus inermis., Elymus dahuricum L., Agropyron cristatam cv. ‘Nordon’ was good under appropriate conditions. The hydration and dehydration of five grass species under 20℃ and 35℃ for different duration was also studied. It was found that germination performances (germination percentage and germination speed) of the treated seed were affected. 30 days dehydration brought down the germination percentage by 9%~29%. It is pointed out that for a successful establishment of grass seedlings, early sowing allowing seed to be fully imbibition in the spring is strongly recommended.
