通过对一个财产损失案的评估分析认为,在目前资产评估的政策法规还不健全的情况下,应当根据实际情况灵活运用各种具体评估方法,才能取得较为客观、公正的评估结果。
According to the evaluation and analysis on a case of property loss, weconclude that impersonal and impartial results can only be gained by means of variousmethods being handled flexibly on the situation that policies and laws on property evalua-tion are unbound presently.
