摘要
采用组织培养的方法建立了 6种优良大樱桃砧木无性系 ,并对这些砧木的分化能力及生根情况进行了比较。从中发现虽然不同的砧木分化力有别 ,但却都能在同一培养基上分化 ,说明基因型相近的植物 ,在植物组织培养中要求的条件相同或相近。
