入世后我国乳品业产业化的发展

The Development of Dairy Industrialization After the Entry into WTO in China

本文介绍了我国改革开放以来奶业发展的情况。近两年我国乳业特别是液态乳和乳制品的增长非常迅速。但与乳业发达国家及国际畜产品结构和比例来比较 ,仍有很大差距。入世后 ,中国乳业会面临激烈竞争局面 。

This paper introduced the development of China's dairy industry after carrying out the open and reform police. There was a rapid incensement in dairy industry, especially in liquid milk and milk products in recent years, but the composition and proportion of animal products still had gap compared with developed countries. We have to make a thorough preparation and enhance the research on high techniques to face severe competition after the entry into WTO.
