摘要
本文介绍的电路可同时进行时间和电荷校准,它的校准量程大,精度高,稳定性好,可输出864路指数形校准信号,并可手动或程控。它的时间校准精度优于±250ps,电荷量校准精度优于±1%。
A time and charge calibration circuit for drift chamber read-out electronics of Beijing spectrometer is described in this paper. The circuit can calibrate both time and charge at the same time. It has large calibration range, high accuracy and good stability. It can supply 864 calibration signals with exponential waveform. Its calibration accuracy is better than ±250 ps for time, and better than ±1% for charge.
