天气预报中的两种会商决策方法

TWO WAYS OF CONFERENCE DECISION MAKING IN WEATHER FORECASTING

本文通过对各种统计决策方法的比较试验,提出变系数的权重系数法和混合决策两种简单的动态决策方法。这两种方法原理简单,使用方便,试用效果较好,具有推广应用价值。

In this paper, two ways of conference decision making in weather forecasting are proposed, One is called changeable weighting coefficients methed and another is mixed decision making method. Both are based on comparative experiments on all sorts of statistical decision making ways. Their principles is simple, and they are easy to be used. The practical result is proved to be very effective. It is showed that they can be widely applied.
