应用 MDCK细胞采用单层吸附接毒和带毒传代的方法 ,从新疆阿克苏送检的犬粪便中分离出 1株犬腺病毒 ,并对其进行了形态学、理化学、血清学、动物感染试验、分子生物学鉴定。结果证明所分离的 TN株为 1株CAV-
A camomc adcmpvoris Ⅰ strain was isolated from the feces of dog coming from Aksu in Xing Jiang using MDCK cell during the CAV molecular epidemiological study.It was demonstrated to be a virulent strain of CAV Ⅰ by a senes of systematic identitication such as morphology,physical chemistry,serology neutralization test,canine infection test,and molecular virology test.
