膜纸复合绝缘电容器介质损耗测量及标准的讨论 被引量:4

摘要 通过对膜纸复合绝缘耦合电容器和电容式电压互感器的介质损耗现场测试结果进行分析 ,认为目前执行的电力设备预防性试验规程 (DL/ T5 96 - 1996 )中规定 tanδ≤ 0 .2 % ,过于严格 。 The paper studieds the dielectric loss (tanδ) standard of film paper composite insulation capacitor on the basis of tests on site and theory analysis.Because there are many factors and situations that can effect the results of test on site,if just according to the rules of precautionary tests on electric equipments,which defines tanδ<0.2%,the equipments would fall into disuse unnecessarily.The writer thinks that the standard of the rules are too strict and suggests that it should be relaxed according to the actual situation.
