摘要 彭城电厂热工自动化检测、控制系统由必要的分散控制系统 (DCS)、CRT屏幕监控 ,专用的控制装置 ,少量的常规仪表构成。该系统的特点是采用第 4代直接能量平衡信号DEB40 0作为锅炉负荷指令 ,向汽机和锅炉提供一个公共的需求信号 ,使它们的运行保持一致 ;使锅炉的输入能量与汽机需求的能量相匹配 ;使锅炉热量快速响应功率的变化 ;实现机前压力的定值调节。该厂的热工自动化检测。 The thermal automation measurement and control system in Pengcheng Power Plant consists of the necessary distributed control system (DCS),CRT screen monitor,special control device and less conventional meters.The characters of the system are to take the 4th generation direct energy balance signal as the boiler load command to give a common demand signal to the turbine and boiler so as to maintain their consistent operation and to match the input energy of the boiler is with the demand energy of the turbine and to make the heat amount of the boiler quickly responsed the variation of the power and to realize the pressure setting adjustment in front of the turbine.The thermal automation measurement and control system of the plant has lceen passed through the examination of operation.
