提高凝汽器真空度和热效率的措施

Measures to Increase the Vacuum and Heat Efficiency of Condensers

摘要 员村热电厂C5 0 - 8.83/ 1.2 7单抽 1、2号机组自投产以来 ,一直存在着凝汽器真空度偏低、17级缸温超标、5号低加加热效果极差等缺陷。针对以上问题 ,通过改进 1、2号腔漏汽 ,加装 3号腔漏汽手动调整门 ,改进 3号腔漏汽 ,改进低加空气系统等办法加以解决。经过了近 1年时间的运行情况证明 :以上缺陷得到了彻底解决 ,机组的热效率有了明显提高。 Since No.1 and No.2 units of C50-8.83/1.27 single-extraction were put into operation some defects,such as low vacuum of condensers,excessive standard for the temperature of 17th cylinder extreme poor heating effect of No.5 LP heater,etc.Some methods have been taken,including improvement of steam leakage in No.1 and No.2 Chamber,addition of a manual adjusting valve for steam leakage in No.3 chamber,improvement of air system for LP heater,etc.Their operation for almost a year has proved that the previous defects have been thoroughly solved and the heat efficiency of the units has been obviously increased.
