摘要
光纤复合架空地线 (OPGW )是“九五”电线电缆行业重大技术攻关项目。通过对不同类型OPGW应用性能比较 ,阐述了目前我国最大芯数 (72芯 )、大短路电流容量、大截面积OPGW的结构选型、制造过程中的控制要点及施工设计原则 ,旨在行业内交流OPGW制造与应用经验。目前该产品已在浙江 5 0 0kV杭东变超高压线路上开通运行。实践证明 ,国产高性能OPGW可完全替代进口产品。
The optical compound overhead ground wire (OPGW) is an important technical key project in the 'ninth-five-year-plan' of electric wire and cable industry.The paper compared the application and performance of different types of OPGW,illustrated the structural model selection for OPGW with the maximum cores (72 cores),large short circuit current capacity and big section,key control points during fabrication and design and construction principles in China at present.Its purpose is to exchange the experiences on fabrication and application of OPGW within the industry.At present the product has been used in EHV line of the 500 kV Hengdong substation in Zhejiang.The practice has shown that the domestic high-performance OPGW can substitute the imported products completely.
