根据哈三电厂600MW机组高压加热器漏泄情况,分析了造成高压加热器频繁漏泄的各种因素,指出了管系的高温腐蚀、连续排放空气管路的设计不合理是造成高压加热器漏泄的主要原因。提出了解决方案,更换耐高温管、增设进汽减温装置、改造排放空气管路。

Analyses possible causes for frequent leakages from high -pressure heater of600MW turbine of Harbin No.3Power Plant,points out high-temperature corrosion of pipelines and irrational design of continuous air-bleeding pipeline are the main causes for the leakage,and replacement of high -temperature resistant pipeline,addition of inlet dehumidifier and upgrading of air -bleeding pipeline are the solutions.
