Organic agents of negative plate for lead-acid battery

研究了木素、木素磺酸盐、腐殖酸等负极有机添加剂在负极铅膏中的配方及对负极性能的影响。木素是最佳负极添加剂 ,其次是木素磺酸钙和木素磺酸镁加腐殖酸的混用配方 ,木素磺酸盐的性能接近木素。添加剂的提制方法、提制工艺条件对电池性能有关键性影响。

The organic agents prescription of lignin, lignin sulfonate, humic acid in negative paste and the effects of them on negative plate performance were studied. The results show that lignin is the best organic agent, the characteristics of lignin sulfonate is approached to lignin. Extract method of agents and extract condition have important effects on battery performance.
