安息茴香油脂的超临界CO_2提取工艺研究

Study on Technique of Super Critial CO_2 Extraction of Oleoresin Cumin

采用安息茴香籽作为实验材料 ,研究在超临界状态下萃取压力、萃取温度、粉碎度、CO2 流量对油脂萃取率的影响。通过正交试验得到优化工艺条件 :萃取压力 3 5MPa,萃取温度 5 0℃ ,原料粉碎度 4 0目 ,CO2 流量 2 5l/h。可为批量生产提供依据。

Cumin seed was taken as experimental material of extraction condition.This paper systemically studid the influence of pressure,temperature,degree fluidof CO 2 on the extraction rate.The better technological parameter was that the pressure was 35MPa and the temperature was 50℃ and the grind degree 40 and tluid of CO 2 25 l/h,The bases for batch process were provided.\;
