摘要
利用外压管式超滤组件 ,配用聚砜和聚丙烯腈超滤膜 ,以柑桔汁为试材 ,探讨了超滤膜的污染问题和清洗方法。试验结果表明 ,污染膜表面凝胶层含果胶 37.4 3% ,纤维素 3.91% ,半纤维素 0 .95 % ,同时还含有大量低分子糖类和有机酸。氢氧化钠对表面凝胶层的清洗效率最高 ,盐酸对膜孔污染的清洗效率最高 ,次氯酸钠也有较好的清洗效果 。
The polysulfone or polyacrylonitrile tubular ultrafiltrate membrance was used in the ultrafiltration of orange juice. The membrane deposit was found to be composed of pectin 37.43%, cellulose 3.91% , hemicellulose 0.95%, and a large amount of sugars and organic acids. Sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid are most effective in the cleaning of membrane surface contamination and pore contamination respectively. Sodium hypochlorite is effective in cleaning membrane contamination, and pectinase is just effective in cleaning surface contamination of ultrafiltrate membranes.
