摘要
农业投融资是农业可持续发展的重要手段和实现条件。农业可持续发展的农业投融资运行中 ,存在着投入不足 ,主体缺位 ,行为扭曲 ,效益低等问题和诸多矛盾。通过构建体系 ,坚持原则 ,健全机制 ,优化结构 ,完善政策法规 ,强化管理等措施 ,发展农业投融资 ,促进农业可持续发展。
Agricultural investment and financing are import ant means and implement condictions to agricultural sustainable development. In the moving of agricultural investment and financing, there exist problems follow ing:input shorage, main body lack, act distortion and benefit low ect. It can ac celeate agricultural sustainable developing to perfect and develop agricultural investment and financing by the means of constructing system, upholding principl e, Perfecting mechanism, optimizing structure, sounding policy and code, intenci fying management.
