摘要
利用常规测定方法鉴定了基因型差异较大的10个甘蓝品种的自交不亲和性(SI),并就其应用潜力进行了分析,结果表明,甘蓝品种SI的表现随基因型生态类型和来源的不同而异,一般地方品种SI较强,平均SI株率达58.9 %,由SI系配置的杂交种SI较弱,平均SI株率为13.1 %;随着品种熟期延长,自交不亲和性愈强,早、中、晚熟品种的SI株率依次为58.9 %、16.0 %和9.3 %。利用地方品种和外引杂交种都可进行SI等位基因系的定向选育。
With conventional method the identification has been done to the self incompatibility (SI) in head cabbage. The result indicated that the SI varies from the genotype and the variety origin. In general, the SI of local variety is much more stronger than the hybrid, with its mean SI plant ratio as 58.9 %, and the ratio in hybrid is 13.1 %; late variety is the strongest in SI, with 58.9 % of its SI plant ratio, middle ripe variety is in the middle, its SI plant ratio is 16.0 %, and the SI plant ratio of early variety is only 9.3%. It can be bred for the good SI lines by using local variety and hybrid resources from other countries. If combined with gene engineering, the construction of the SI allele gene storeroom can be done and it may be easy to breed the excellent agronomic object in the future.
