摘要
应用SPSS for windows统计软件(version 8.0),结合甘肃滩羊血液蛋白质多态性研究成果,分析探讨了血液蛋白质多态性与滩羊体重、体尺之间的相关关系。统计分析表明,甘肃滩羊血液蛋白多态性中具有血红蛋白(HbAA)、酯酶(Es++)基因型个体,在滩羊体重和体尺二者之间存在正相关,初步确定HbAA、Es++是滩羊肉用性能的高产基因型。并分别建立了高产基因型HbAA、Es++个体体重与体尺间的多元线性回归数学模型,为HbAA 、Es++作为生化遗传标记辅助选择运用于滩羊的选育,探索了一条符合目前生产实际的可行途径。
SPSS for windows software was used to analysis the correlationship between blood protein polymorphism and body weight, body size of Tan-yang sheep. The outcome indicated that among the blood protein polymorphisms only HbBB genetype and Es++ genetype had correlationship with body weight and body size of Tan-yang sheep in Gansu, they should be the high meat production genetypes and can be used as two biochemical markers. Two linear regression mathematics models was found in order to improve the selection breeding level of Tan-yang sheep in Gansu with the help of marker assisted-selection technique.
