摘要
用 340个随机引物,对枣有核池和无核池进行了扩增,共扩增出 3 348条 DNA带,选出 11个多态性引物,进一步用这11个引物进行个体验证,发现只有引物 S154在金丝小枣的 16个类型中(占供试有核类型 88.21%)扩增出一条820 bp的特异带,而无核小枣的6个类型中(占供试无核类型85.71%)无此特异带。综合分析初步认为,S154820是与枣有核性状相关的分子标记,该标记需进一步验证。
The seed pool and seedless pool were analysed by using random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD). 340 primers were screened, and a total of 3 348 DNA bands were amplified. 11 polymorphic primers were identified, and each forms was verified by using the 11 polymorphic primers. Only primer S154 amplified a 820 bp DNA band on 16 forms of Jinsixiaozao, but the DNA band was not amplified on 6 forms of Wuhexiaozao.This results showed that S154820 was a molecular marker linked to the seed character.
