摘要
研究了电流变减振器在铣床颤振控制中的应用。理论分析表明 :电流变减振器的刚度及阻尼随外加电场强度的增加而增大 ,主振系统的振幅随电场强度的增加而减小。电流变减振器的减振效果随着电场强度的增加逐渐增大 ,但并不是场强越大效果越好 ,而有一最佳值。只要场强选取适当 。
The application of an ER damper for milling machine vibration controlling was tested. The theoretical results showed that the stiffness and damping of ER damper increased as the electric field strength applied increased. The vibration response of main vibration system (arbor) reduced as the electric field strength increased. But the response is not linear with the increase of the electric field strength.There was an optimal value. If the electrical field strength selected is appropriate, the vibratory amplitude of milling machine tool mandrel could be controlled.
