摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法 (RP -HPLC)测定国产西洋参果浆发酵液中人参皂苷 -Rb1、Rb2 、Rc、Rd、Re、Rg1、Rg2 和Rh1的含量。其具体含量 (mg/ 10 0mL)依次为 :47 342 ,44 90 3 ,5 10 9,2 2 0 99,34 883 ,3 815 ,16 841,13 896。该前处理方法简便 ,色谱条件适宜 ,发酵液中分子结构相关的皂苷 ,有含量消长变化趋势。
The content of ginsenoside-Rb 1?Rb 2?Rc?Rd?Re?Rg 1?Rg 2 and Rh 1 in the fermented solution of fruit paste of American ginseng grown in China was determined with RP-HPLC. The contents of them were 47 342,44 903,5 109,22 099,34 883,3 815,16 841, 13.896 mg/100mL , respectively. The method of pre treatment used in the experiment was simple and the condition was suitable. The contents of ginsenosides with similar molecular structure correlated negatively. The fermented solution of fruit paste of American ginseng is valuable for further development.
