摘要
6只阉公绵羊喂给再生长 3周的黑麦草 45 0 g ,用全收粪法测得的干物质消化率为 80 5 % ,用 31碳(C31)和 33碳 (C33)的链烷烃作为内源指示剂估测的干物质消化率分别为 81 5 %和 79 6 %。用C31估测的消化率高于C33(P =0 0 31) ,但用该两种链烷烃估测的消化率与用全收粪法测得的消化率无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。
Six wether sheep were fed 450 g of ryegrass (DM) after 3 week of regrowth Digestibility of the grass determined with total facial collection method was 80 5%,which did not differ from the predicted values with alkanes as internal indigestible markers ( P >0 05), 81 5% and 79 6% estimated with C 31 and C 33 , respectively However, digestibility estimated with C 31 was significantly higher than that estimated with C 33 ( P =0 031)
