降糖消渴颗粒提取工艺研究

研究降糖消渴颗粒的提取工艺 ,根据方中各药的性质 ,采用水提和醇提 2种工艺分别提取 ,并通过正交试验对工艺进行优选 ,确定人参等几味药用 70 %乙醇提取 2次 ,分别加醇 8倍量、1 0倍量 ,每次提取 1 .5h ;黄连等几味药采用水煎煮 2次 ,分别加水 1 0倍量 ,煎煮 2h ,加水 8倍量 ,煎煮 1 .5h。用此方法 。

Objective:To study the extraction process of Jiangtang Xiaoke Granule.Method:According to the properties of active constituents in the drugs,they were extracted with water and EtOH respectively.In addition,the extraction process was studied by orthogonal design.Result:Ginseng,etc.are extracted with 70% EtOH for two times.Coptis root,etc.are extracted with water for two times.Conclusion:The active constituents in different drugs are extracted with water and EtOH according to their properties.
