摘要
目的 寻找用于椎体间植骨的人工骨材料。方法 用羟基磷灰石 (HA)、氧化锆 (ZrO2 )与骨形态发生蛋白 (BMP)三者混合制成HA ZrO2 /BMP增韧复合骨 ,将兔腰椎间盘钻除后植入 ,分别于 3、6、9、12周取标本进行肉眼、X线片、组织学、扫描电镜观察其成骨作用。结果 3周时有纤维组织长入 ,6周时有一定的骨组织开始长入 ,9周时骨组织长入更多 ,12周时有大量骨组织长入。结论 HA ZrO2
Objective To prepare a kind of artificial bone in anterior spinal fusion. Methods The porous hydroxyapatite(HA) and ZrO 2 were used as carrier, made artificial compound bone together with bone morphogenetic protein (BMP),implanted lumbar vertebrae in rabbits. The materials were tested by eyes, radiology, histology and SEM. Results There were fiber tissues growing into meterials 3 weeks later,some bone tissues beginning to grow into meterials 6 weeks later,more bone tissues growing into meterials 9 weeks later,a lot of bone tissues growing into meterials 12 weeks later. Conclusion HA/ZrO 2 ceramics loaded BMP possesses good ossific activity.
