胸腰椎低毒菌感染的诊断和治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of thoraco lumbar vertebra low toxicity infection

目的 探讨胸腰椎低毒菌感染的诊断和治疗方法。方法 对 6例胸腰椎低毒菌感染者 ,采用CT引导下病椎穿刺活检及术中冰冻切片明确诊断 ,早期行病椎病灶清除椎管减压术。结果 随访 1～ 6年 ,患者切口愈合好。Asia分级 :5例由D级恢复至E级 ,1例由C级恢复至D级。结论 早期在CT引导下行病椎穿刺活检术可以早期确诊 ;根据病灶部位经前或后侧入路行病灶清除椎管减压是治疗胸腰椎低毒菌感染合并瘫痪的方法之一。

Objective To discuss the methods of diagnosis and treatment of the thoraco lumbar vertebra low toxicity infection. Methods 6 patients with thoraco lumbar vertebra low toxicity infection were diagnozed by either nyxis to the diseased vertebra leading by CT or frozen section in operation, then early operation was performed to clear away the focus, and decompress. Results All patients were followed up after operation for 1～6 years, Asia score was used to measure the recovery rates, 5 cases measured were D before operation, the score raised to E after operation, 1 case raised from C to D. Conclusion The methods of the nyxis to the diseased vertebra leading by CT is available in the diagnosis of the thoraco lumbar vertebra low toxicity infection, and it is useful to treat the disease with resecting the focus and decompressing the spine through anterior or posterior route.
