髌骨骨折4种内固定方法比较

Comparasion of four internal fixator in the treatment of patellar fractures

目的 分析 30 6例髌骨骨折疗效。方法 采用环形钢丝、克氏针钢丝张力带、改良AO张力带、环形钢丝加“8”字张力带治疗 30 6例髌骨骨折。结果 术后平均随访 18个月 (6～ 72个月 ) ,优193例 ,良 83例 ,可 2 3例 ,差 7例。结论 环形钢丝法不应作为治疗常规和首选。对于髌骨横断形骨折 ,环形钢丝加“8”字张力带及AO张力带法均可取得良好效果 ;对于粉碎性髌骨骨折 ,环形钢丝加8字张力带法是有效。

Objective To analyze the effect of treatment for 306 patients with patella fracture. Methods Ring like steel wire, crossed Kirschners pins steel wire tension belt, improved AO tension belt and ring like steel wire adding '8' tension belt were used to treat 306 patients with patella fracture, including 162 patients with comminuted fracture and 144 patients with transverse fracture. Results\ The patients were followed up for 18 months on average (6 to 72 months), 193 patients recovered with excellent effect, 83 patients with fine effect and 23 patients with ordinary effect, and 7 patients obtained poor results. Conclusion\ Ring like steel wire should not be regarded as the regular and first choice. Ring like steel wire adding '8' tension belt and AO tension belt can achieve good result in patients with patella transverse fracture, while ring like steel wire adding '8' tension belt may be effective and reliable for comminuted fractures.
