摘要
1目的 探讨维生素 C对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( HDL-C)测定的干扰作用及其机制。2方法 采用选择性遮蔽法直接测定 HDL -C。3结果 对 HDL -C浓度相同、维生素 C浓度不同的系列标本进行测定时 ,所测 HDL -C浓度随维生素 C浓度的增高而降低 ;当测定不含HDL-C的过氧化氢溶液时 ,HDL-C的实测浓度随着过氧化氢的稀释而降低 ;当溶液中过氧化氢浓度恒定时 ,所测 HDL-C浓度随着溶液中维生素 C浓度的增高而降低。 4结论 维生素 C可干扰选择性遮蔽法对 HDL -C的测定 ,导致测定结果假性降低 ;其机制可能是维生素 C通过使胆固醇测定过程中的中间产物过氧化氢和最终产物苯醌亚胺还原而干扰胆固醇的测定 ,从而干扰
To study the interference of vitamin C on determination of HDL C and its mechanism.Methods HDL C concentrations were measured directly with selectively sheltering method.Results When a series of samples containing the same concentration of HDL C but different concentrations of vitamin C were detected, it showed that HDL C decreased with the increase of vitamin C.When HDL C free hydrogen peroxide solutions were detected,HDL C decreased with dilutions of hydrogen peroxide.With constant hydrogen peroxide in solutions,HDL C decreased with increase of vitamin C.Conclusion Vitamin C can interfere with the detection of HDL C,resulting in the false lower of HDL C detecting results.The mechanisin of vitamin C interfering the detection of cholesterol may be through the reduction of the intermittent product hydrogen peroxide and the final product quinoneimine.
