摘要
发展新产品的快速设计和制造能力是当前企业所面临的重大课题 ,其核心是如何保证“企业产品知识”的良性积累和有效再利用 .文中深入分析了现有相关技术的不足 ,提出并研究了产品级三维参数化设计技术和全息建模技术 ,在 MDT平台上进行了系统实现 .该系统已在多家企业得到深入应用 ,能够有效地满足企业对新产品快速设计和产品知识积累的需求 .
It is an important task for current enterprises to develop the ability of fast designing and manufacturing new product, that mainly relies on effectively accumulating and utilizing “enterprise product experiences”. The shortcomings of current CAD technology were deeply analyzed. Technology of product-level 3D-parameterization design and holographic modeling——an intimate combination of geometric model with information model——were advanced and studied. A novel software system was implemented based on Autodesk MDT. It has been applied in several enterprises and can effectively support rapid design of new product and facilitate the accumulation of product development experience.
