A kind of multi channel micro gas flowmeter used for satellite propulsion system is introduced.A novel flow probe based on an orifice plate is designed.The structure of the probe,the organization,the function and peculiarities of the measurement system,the data processing method are also discussed in detail.Being of compact conformation,light weight,long distance signal transmission,this system is easy used.
